A TRALEE woman, who is a finalist in this year’s Miss Bikini Ireland Competition, will give a talk in Tralee this weekend on how she transformed her life.
Aoife Roche, daughter of well known publican Damien and Bridie Roche of The Sportsfield Bar, will be in Benners Hotel this Sunday from 4pm to 6pm in a free event, giving her top 10 tips for getting and maintaining a bikini body as well as an informative session about mindfulness and consciousness.

She is a qualified yoga instructor and an accredited Natural Success Life Coach, but three years ago she was working as a banking consultant.
She decided to follow her passion and love of fitness and yoga by doing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in London.
During her Yoga teacher training, Aoife became fascinated with the mind body connection and the relationship between how the mind affects the body.

Once she completed her Yoga teacher training she continued her studies with the Natural Success Academy choosing to be directly mentored by the founder William Whitecloud.
Aoife explains that Natural Success is all about empowering people to unleash their genius and highest level of consciousness.
Aoife now coaches people on both an individual and group basis on how to improve their lives both physically and mentally by living on a high level creative frequency.
When given the opportunity to participate in Miss Bikini Ireland, she saw it as the perfect platform to reach more people and help people to understand the Mind Body Connection.
The Live Final of Miss Bikini Ireland will be held at the Buzz Venue in Dublin on December 1 where the winner will go on to represent Ireland the in the Swimsuit USA International World Finals in Rivera Maya in Mexico from December 11-18.
