Sign up for 9th of July Summer Camp:
Camp runs from Monday the 9th to 12th of July, 10 to 1pm and it is just €35 per child for the 4 days.  Application forms will be distributed at training on Tuesday and Friday nights and hopefully available in all local schools.

Minors vs Kilmoyley:
Well done Parnells minors who faced Kilmoyley away in round 1 of the 1B Minor County League and came out on top on this occasion, with no late goals drama.  This division also has St. Brendan’s Ardfert, Ballyduff and Lixnaw, so 3 more group games coming up.  Round 2 home to Lixnaw on the 9th of July.

Presentation to David O’Dea:
Good photo on Parnells Facebook of Parnells Chairman Dermot Reen making a presentation to David o Dea in Caherslee yesterday evening. Pleasure to work with David over the last 4 years, he made a huge impact on underage hurling in the area.  Best of luck in your new role as West Limerick GDA

Munster Camogie Club 7s:

Great photo on Parnells Facebook of the happy U15/17 team @Munster Club 7’s @Na Piarsaigh, LK: won 1 match, lost 2. Congratulations Emily, Karima & Nicole who fearlessly played their 1st competitive matches since starting camogie 3 months ago .. delighted to have them!

Under 12 Boys:
Hard to our U12s who lost to Kenmare/Kilgarvan in the South Kerry final Friday. Missing a number of players our lads played well but came up short in the end. Final score 5-03 to 3-06

KY Camogie Seniors Meet and Greet:
Our girls, aged 7-17, had a fun evening at the KY Seniors “Meet & Greet” in Causeway. We look forward to supporting them in their bid for the All-Ireland Junior Championship. Home matches are on July 14 & 21, venues TBC. Ciarrai Abu!

Under 10 Boys:
Our under 10’s took on Crotta in sunny Caherslee Friday evening.  Well done to both team who played out a draw in very hot conditions.  Were off to Rathmore this Thursday and the next North Kerry blitz takes place next Saturday.
