Awards Night 2018 at the Rose hotel:
Our annual awards night Friday 9th November 2018 at the Rose hotel.  This year there will be a simplified format with each team given their own time slot. The U10 Hurling slot is 7.30 to 8pm. The evening is an opportunity to show an appreciation of the effort the players have put in over the course of the season. We hope all families can make it.

Very Positive Minors Meeting:

on Wednesday 31st October at 8pm, in an important milestone for our young growing club, players, mentors, parents and club officers supported the proposal to proceed with an application to proceed to the under 21 age group as soon as possible.  With a number of our current under 18s going overage for minor in 2019, the consensus is that we will do everything we can as a club to give these young men an opportunity to continue hurling with Tralee Parnells.  The chair sought feedback and involvement for all attendees and is putting together a group of officers, mentors and players to take this forward.

AGM Nov 16th:
Our 2018 AGM  of Tralee Parnells Club will take place 8 pm on Friday 16 November 2018.   Please submit all officer reports to the club secretary now..

Great experience for Young Players:
Great experience for some of our 6 to 10 year olds in Lixnaw as they played the local team at half time of their Munster Championship game against Cashel. Few kids were a little bit nervous once they say the large crowd but our under 7, 8 and 10 teams all played really well and the kids were buzzing coming off the field. Delighted to see some of the new kids that started with us 2 weeks ago in the complex getting stuck in too.  Many thanks to Tweek and Jovita for the invitation and well done to the Lixnaw seniors on their great win and best of luck again next week in the semi final.
