Tralee Parnells Hurling and Camogie Club : 2020 Registration Form

Registration is now open for the 2020 season and we are encouraging everyone to register online via https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeVDBTOy6qgRE3XnLzJoPiPdbf7k6GOyquucgQYLKQcHZ2kGg/viewform

Before registering, membership must be paid via internet banking or make a payment to Tralee Parnells bank account at any Bank or Credit Union. Bank details are on the registration form. The narrative used when making the payment should then be included in the appropriate place on the registration form.

Membership for the season is as follows (hurling & camogie):
Juveniles (U18):

U6s – €30
U8s and above – €60
Seniors

Adult – €100
Students playing Senior Hurling – €70
Other Membership

Coaches and/or non-playing adults – €30
Family Membership – €150 (2 or more Juveniles + non-playing adults in 1 family)

Spring Academy
Our U6 boys & girls, U8 and U10 boys returned to action in the Kerry Sports Academy (KSA) last Friday 21st February from 7-8pm. Training continues this Friday 28th February. New players are always welcome & playing equipment is available. Cost of the 6 week Spring Academy is €15 to cover the cost of the hall. All players should wear runners. U12 & U14 Camogie
There was a great turnout for the first session of the year last week. Training continues for these groups every Monday night on CBS The Green Astro from 8-9pm. Cost for 8 weeks is €25 per person to cover the rental cost. All new players welcome. There will be a fun blitz for U12s on Saturday March 7th. Please contact any of the mentors for further details.

Parkrun
Why not join Tralee Parnells Hurling and Camogie club every Saturday morning at 9.30am in Tralee Town Park for the Tralee Parkrun. It’s a great community event where people can get together and walk or run 5k.  Anyone can register at parkrun.ie/register and it’s a free event.  Look forward to seeing everyone there, and make sure to bring your barcode.

Kerry vs Wicklow
Well done to Tadhg Brick from Parnells who was named on the panel for Kerry’s win over Wicklow in Division 2 of the National Hurling League last weekend.

Corn Uí Mhuirí Final
On behalf of Tralee Parnells, we would like to congratulate Tralee CBS on winning the Corn Uí Mhuirí Munster Post-Primary Schools Senior A Football Championship last Saturday in Fitzgerald Stadium after a gap of 13 years. In particular, well done to Tralee Parnells players Devon Burns, Luke Barrett, Niall Fitzmaurice, Luke Chester, Ruarí O’Sullivan and Darragh Reen, who were on the victorious Green team.
