Bring a Friend,

Boys and girls living in the Tralee, Ballymac, Blennerville, Churchill and Fenit areas are welcome to come along and try out Hurling and Camogie with Tralee Parnells.  The club will supply equipment for the first few weeks so come along and try it out.  Bring a friend with you and make new friends when you’re there.  U6 boys and girls train at 6pm on Friday in the GAA grounds in Caherslee. Hurling training times on Fridays: U7 at 6:00pm, U9 at 6:45pm, U11 at 6:30pm. Camogie training times on Fridays: U8 at 6:15pm, U10 at 6:30pm. The U12 Camogie team train on Saturday at 10am.  Check out Facebook for full details of the club’s training schedule.

National Club Draw
Last call for GAA National Club Draw tickets ! The draw will take place in early June so there is still some time for anybody who wants to be in a with a chance to win before we send all tickets to Croke Park.  Prizes include a new car, cash and Hurling/Football All-Ireland weekend packages.  You can contact David Brick for new/additional tickets.  Friday 21st will be the very last day to enter.  Also, a lot of the tickets issued have still not been returned.  We ask that you also return these – sold or unsold – to David (085-1355566) by Friday at the latest.   Remember, all proceeds from the draw will be used to build up our capital fund to invest in finding a permanent home and ball wall for the club.

Arrangements at Caherslee
To ease the congestion at Caherslee we would like to remind everybody that players training on pitch two (the pitch furthest from the changing rooms) should enter and exit via the top gate.  The Top Gate is accessible by turning into Lios Carraig Drive from the Caherslee Road.  You will see the pitch fencing and gate on the left hand side.  Please park on the road adjacent to the Top Gate

Cúl Camp:
There are just a few places still available for the Tralee Parnells Cúl Camp so be sure to book yours.  The camp starts on Monday, 9th August in Caherslee GAA Grounds.

Sympathies
Tralee Parnells Hurling & Camogie Club would like to extend our sincere sympathies to the family of Patrick Corridan late of Ballyheigue.  Patrick dedicated his time to Ballyheigue GAA and Kerry GAA and always encouraged the underage player.  Tralee Parnells had many an exciting match against Ballyheigue teams under the stewardship of Patrick. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
