Our Tralee Parnells Scór na bPáistí people will be in action at Gaelscoil Mhic Easmainn Fri 3rd Mar at 6.30 pm. Participating in Recital / Story Telling, Sean Nós Dancing, Grúpa Cheoil, Ballad Group, Solo Singing. Instruments Banjo, Concertina, Guitar, Fiddle, Tin Whistle. Parnells players taking part include Ailisha Daughton, Caoimhe Lyons, Peter Doyle, Jessica McGibney, Oisin McGibney, Cathal Fitzgerald, Conal McThreinfhir, Oisin O Sullivan, Sean Michael Redican, Orla Buttimer, Ryan Sheehy, Avril Doyle. Camogie U14/16 Start Night Fri 03 March:
Parnells Camogie training for 2017 will kick off on Friday evening 03 March at Caherslee. Keep an eye out for texts on further training details.
Official Launch Night 7th April:
Tralee Parnells Official Launch Night for the 2017 season will take place at Caherslee Road GAA grounds on Friday evening the 7th of April 2017. This is the night under 6s will join all other age groups in restarting training. After the end of training we plan to officially unveil the Defibrillator that Parnells now have as part of our Healthy Clubs initiative. We want to get a large number of players and supporters in a group photo of this fantastic milestone. We will then post that photo in a special announcement on our Facebook page.
Marchers Wanted Fri 17th:
Please contact club officers if you are available to bring along your hurley and sliotar to show boys and girls along the route some of the skills and enthusiasm that our club is all about. The theme for the 2017 parade is: A Celebration of Tralee Sport. So, Tralee Parnells have been asked to bring along every available player and family member, to show the people of Tralee just how many of us locally are enjoying and supporting hurling and Camogie in this area.
Easter Camp:
Once again this year, Tralee Parnells will hold and Easter Camp for 7 to 14 year olds. This will be during the first week of the Easter Holidays. Details to follow.
Fundraising:
Thank you to the players and supporters who sold Parnells tickets for the recent GAA National Club Draw. We hope to have a bucket collection at Kerry vs Offaly match Sun 26th Mar. Parnells plan to organise a leg wax fundraiser around April. Tralee Parnells parents and players are asked to please volunteer for Bag Packing fundraising dates we have coming up during 2017. Concussion Talk:
As part of our Tralee Parnells Healthy Clubs initiative, a talk will be help for coaches, players and parents. Details to follow.

Tralee Parnells will mark Lá na gClubanna 2017 on Friday night the 5th of May. Further details to follow closer to the date.
