TRALEE Tennis Club will host an International World Tennis Federation (ITF) recognised event in the form of a Doubles Open Tournament this month.
From July 9–15, Tralee Tennis Club will see over one hundred tennis players play on their courts, in what promises to be quality and competitive matches.
“We very much look forward to welcoming players from all over Munster and further afield,” says Nuala Finnegan, Chairperson, Tralee Tennis Club.

“This is a first for our Club, and indeed a first for Kerry. It’s a little bit of Irish tennis history in the making and we are so proud and excited to get going,” she adds.
Officially launching the event and giving the official draw the seal of approval was Karen Higgins, President of Munster Tennis.
“On behalf of Munster Tennis, I would like to offer everyone at Tralee Tennis Club big congratulations on reaching this milestone. We also wish all entrants the best of luck with their matches,” says Karen Higgins.
