A TRALEE woman will speak about her experience as TV presenter in one of three events in the IT Tralee’s ‘Film Makers Meet Wildlife In Kerry’ mini-festival series.
Taking place this Wednesday at 7pm in the L108 Lecture Theatre, Solas Building, North Campus, Ciara Dolan, a graduate of BSc(H)in Wildlife Biology will speak of her experience as a presenter of the new Gmarsh TV Productions series ‘Wild Kids’, first aired on November 5 on RTE Jnr.
It has an episode screened each weekday on the channel, targeted at a young audience. The series shows that there is a wealth of Irish nature right under our noses – we just need to know where to look for it.

Ciara, from Knockmoyle, presented on 7 of the 15 episodes and she will screen two of these episodes featuring Sand Dunes and Barn Owls (which airs on Wednesday) which are of particular interest to us here in Kerry.
It is also hoped that some of the Wild Kids that worked with Ciara on the Sand Dunes episode shot in the Maharees on the ‘red carpet’ will be at the screening. All are welcome.
