There were over 140 properties for sale and just two were in Kerry.
No.8 Sand Dune Cottages, Banna, had a reserve range of between €35,000 – €45,000 and after eight bids it fetched €47,000.

It’s a three bedroom detached house, extending to approximately 92 sq. m (990 sq. ft).
The other property was in Rathea, Listowel, which had a reserve range of between €55,000 – €65,000.
After 43 bids, the detached four bedroom house together with a partially complete detached house — extending to approximately 236 sq. m (2,540 sq. ft) — sold for €106,000.
