Fairway Heights where 20 residential units will be auctioned at the end of the month.
THREE new lots of properties in Tralee have been added to the upcoming online auction being held by BidX1 (formerly Allsop).
We previously told you about the 16 Kerry properties going to auction on September 27/28 on the website (click here for previous story).
One new addition is 20 residential units in Fairway Heights, The Kerries, to be offered collectively as one lot with a reserve range of €1,090,000 – €1,110,000.
This consists of 10 two bedroom apartments, eight three bedroom apartments and two two bedroom townhouses.
Nine units are subject to tenancies at a combined current rent of €59,880 with vacant possession of 11 units.

Also added is a house in Kilfenora, Fenit, with a reserve range of €245,000 – €255,000. This is a partially complete four bedroom detached house with sea views, extending to approximately 360 sq. m (3,875 sq. ft).
