A 23 year old man has been arrested in relation to the double stabbing in Tralee yesterday.
He was arrested in Tralee on Tuesday evening November and is being detained at Tralee Garda station under the provisions of section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended.
The incident which occurred at a house in Woodbrook Lawn, Tralee at approximately 6am on Monday morning saw a 47 year old man and his 18 year old suffer stab wounds.
An unknown male entered the grounds of a house at Woodbrook Lawn, Tralee, this individual is believed to have interfered with a car parked in the driveway.
He then walked around to the back of the house and was confronted by the home owner and his son. An altercation occurred resulting in the home owner and his son received minor stab wounds.
The unknown male fled the scene in the direction of Monavalley Road.
