Four Arrested After Stabbings In Tralee Released From Custody

THE four people arrested after two young men were stabbed in Tralee in the early hours of yesterday morning have been released from custody.

The incident at Strand Street, Tralee sometime between 12.30 and 1am on Sunday morning, saw  two men  in their early twenties suffer stab wounds.

One man remains in University Hospital Kerry but his condition is not life-threatening and the other man’s injuries were not serious and he was later released.

Two men and two women who are foreign nationals – were arrested and  detained at Listowel, Killarney and Castleisland Garda Stations. They have since been released.
