A MAN who suffered a suspected heart attack while driving in Killarney yesterday has passed away.
The man, William Martin from Glin, aged in his 70s, was travelling on the Killarney Bypass when he suffered the suspected heart attack and crashed into a parked car around 5pm.
Emergency services attended the scene and traffic was down to one lane for a time, with diversions in place through Killarney town.
He was taken to Kerry General Hospital where he later died.
