Thanks    Thanks to Jack Barry, Diarmuid O’Connor and the Kerry team and management for the hours of entertainment and satisfaction they have given us over the last few years .We had many memorable trips to Croke Park and had the pleasure of experiencing some epic encounters against some top class opposition but mostly against the Dubs in recent years. Great credit has to go to all involved for their commitment and dedication to Kerry football. Things didn’t go our way on Sunday in Páirc Uí Chaoimh but we are never down for long in the Kingdom and we can look forward with eagerness and anticipation the 2021 season which is only around the corner. Ciarraí Abú!

Annual Mass    Na Gaeil Annual Mass for club members with special remembrance of deceased members will be streamed live from St. Brendan’s Church on Thursday October 19that 7.30pm. Go to www.stbrendanstralee.org to get the live streaming.

Virtual Race Night    Na Gaeil is organizing an all-sponsored Virtual Race Night for Friday 11thDecember at 8.30pm. Because of Covid 19 restrictions, attendance at the Clubhouse is curtailed and, accordingly, we are proceeding virtually with our annual race night.

Whilst obeying Government and GAA guidelines since the re-commencement of activities in June, all of our teams, from U-6‘s to Senior Men and Ladies, have been training and playing a full season of games at all levels. Costs and expenses associated with a multitude of activities have placed a huge strain on the Club finances.

Our income has been hugely impacted as we have been obliged to indefinitely cancel our weekly Lotto and Bingo since the ongoing restrictions were first imposed in March. We are now appealing to our members, supporters and the wider public to support Na Gaeil CLG at this difficult time by contributing to our Race Night as very many of you have done in the past. Buying a horse for €40 will ensure the continued growth and development of the club. You can do this by contacting any club officer or member of the Race committee. You can buy a horse online using the link:https://www.klubfunder.com/Clubs/Na%20Gaeil%20CLG/EventRegistration

Sympathy   Na Gaeil GAA Club offers its sincere sympathy to Niamh and Conor Kavanagh and family on the death of Niamh’s mother Kay O’Sullivan of Killarney recently. Ar dheis De go raibh a h-anam dílis.

Clubhouse The clubhouse is closed for all outside activities and the gym will also be closed until there is further clarification from GAA Headquarters as to when they can re-open. This means that our Monday night bingo, Tuesday night lotto and Wednesday night card playing are suspended until then as well as all other activities that normally took place there on a weekly basis.

Clothes Collection There is now a Clothes Collection Bin situated in Na Gaeil car park for use by all members of the public.
