PARENTS and sixth class pupils of primary schools from the greater Tralee area were mightily impressed by Presentation Secondary School Tralee at its Open Night held on Thursday.
Staff and students were on hand to welcome them and show all the school has to offer. They were greeted on arrival by members of the school choir and then taken on a tour of all the classrooms where both students and teachers were able to answer their queries about various subjects.
A comprehensive presentation by Principal Mairead Finucane and teachers in the assembly area gave an overview of the facilities, ethos and values of the school, as well as a comprehensive rundown of subjects, teaching methods and what first year would look like for students.
It gave plenty of food for thought for parents and pupils as they make that important decision in the coming months. Scroll down for photos…
