MEMBERS of the public are being called upon to make one last push to help keep the town as tidy as possible over the next few weeks, with the arrival of the Tidy Towns Judges imminent.

The hardworking volunteers are hoping that with this call to action, they will stand a great chance of securing another gold medal for the town, making it their third in a row.

We drove around the outskirts of the east side of town on Thursday and captured some colourful images (below) showing the efforts of people to have the town looking  great.

Anyone who is willing to give their time can meet up with other volunteers at 7pm on Thursdays on Denny Street to help lend a hand.

Volunteers and organisers are hoping to clinch the overall Tidy Towns title in the 2015 SuperValu Tidy Towns Competition.
