FINAL preparations are in hand for what should be a fun night in Skelper Quanes, Blennerville, this Sunday.
St Pats GAA Club members were joined by Radio Kerry’s Tim Moynihan on Monday evening to launch their first ever Race Night which starts at 8pm.
There’s been a fantastic response from the local community to the event and a big crowd is expected. They will have a great night of racing finishing with an ‘Auction Race’ along with lots of prizes for Best Dressed Lady and Gent, spot prizes for winning owners, jockeys and trainers, a bumper raffle and more.

There is also tote betting facilities on the night. The event is a fundraiser to support the daily running of the club from training equipment to catering and works to be carried out on the grounds.
As well as being a great way for all the coaches, parents, and supporters to get together, it is of course open to non-members and all are welcome to enjoy the fun on the night.
The club expressed its gratitude to all the local sponsors who have come on board and supported them by either sponsoring a race or taking out a full-page advert in the booklet.
