Launching the SVP Tralee Christmas Appeal at the SVP shop on Friary Lane on Wednesday were Treasa Walsh SVP Tralee, Kit Ryan SVP Tralee and Ruairí Fry International Youth Rep Ireland SVP.
ST Vincent de Paul in Tralee is once again aiming to ensure no child goes without a gift this Christmas and has launched its Christmas Toy Appeal.
With more and more strain on families due to the increased cost of living the services in SVP Tralee are in higher demand. They are asking the public for donations of new toys and gift vouchers to help families in Kerry.
Request for support for Christmas is already hight and in greater numbers than previous year so they want to see that no child is without Santa calling this year.

Both girls and boys toys are needed from varying ages, starting at new born to teenage years…and gifts for parents are greatly appreciated also.
Cash donations can be made via this link https://www.svp.ie/fundraiser/svp-tralee-christmas-toy-appeal/ while toy donations to be dropped to the depot at Monavalley Tralee. The deadline for requesting help from SVP for Christmas is Monday, December 11.
