Another Ice Warning Issued For Ireland Overnight

THE bad news is tonight is going to be another cold one around Kerry, but the good news is it’s going to get milder for the next week.

Met Éireann has issued another Ice warning for Ireland to take effect from 4pm on Thursday to 12 noon on Friday. They predict icy stretches, with freezing fog in places, leading to hazardous travelling conditions.

Looking locally, the coldest weather in the Tralee area will occur between 6pm and midnight where temperatures will go as low as 0ºc.

Temperatures will rise slightly as the morning goes on but it will be showery. Friday afternoon will see sunshine and showers, but it will be a dry night with temperatures no lower than 6ºc.

At the moment, Saturday and Sunday are looking mainly dry with temperatures reaching the dizzy heights of 10ºc.
