SENIOR FOOTBALL
Our senior footballers travelled to Glenflesk on Sunday where they suffered a defeat on a scoreline of 1-22 to 0-14. Their second round game is against St. Pats Blennerville on Sunday 20th @2pm in Ardfert. This is followed by an away game in Churchill on July 3/4, home V Listowel Emmets on July 17/18 and finally away to Keel on July 31/Aug 1.
JUVENILES
Please ensure your child completes the mandatory health questionnaire before each training session or game. Our Child Safeguarding Statement is now available on our Facebook page and is also displayed at the clubhouse.
U7/U9
Training continues on Thursdays @ 6pm in the Astro pitch. U9s will have 5 weeks of Go Games commencing on 22nd June when they head to Churchill. All dates/fixtures are on our Facebook page.
U11
Both our U11 teams travelled to Duagh last Thursday for their first night of Go Games. It was a fantastic evening of football with great performances by all the players. Thanks to Duagh for hosting us. They travel to Ballyduff on Thursday 17th.
U13
Mixed fortunes for our U13s on Sunday. The A team had a 5-7 to 1-8 win away against Asdee/Ballydonoghue/Ballylongford/Clounmacon while the B team suffered a 2 point defeat away to Ballymacelligott. Next Sunday sees the A team on the road again as they travel to Ballyduff. The B team will host Listowel Emmets in Ardfert.
U15
Our U15s were beaten by a very strong Laune Rangers team on Wednesday evening in the opening round of the Lee Strand County Football League. They face Spa at home on Wednesday 16th June @ 7pm.
U17
In a very exciting first round game against Austin Stacks on Monday 7th we came out on the wrong side of a 1-8 to 1-7 result. They travel to Glenflesk on Monday 14th for the second round.
Please bring mouthguards & water to training/games.

HEALTH & WELL BEING
Ardfert GAA and St. Brendan’s Hurling club are working with Jigsaw Kerry to bring a virtual “One Good Adult” session to parents and mentors in Ardfert. The session will take place on Tuesday 15th June from 8-9pm on Zoom. Contact Julianne on 087-6494318. Check out our Facebook page for details.
