Please come along & support Gráinne Quirke, Siún & Ruadhán Clifford, Rory Reen, Jack Canty, Darragh Morris & Maoilseachlainn Warr, who’ll perform Irish Lessons, a drama from the pen of our very own Mary Quirke.

Lotto results: Lotto Tue 22nd February. No winner. Numbers drawn were 7; 9; 17; 19. Lucky dip winners of €20 each were Tom Nolan, Terry Healy, Adrian Donaghy, Noelle Kingston, Dónal Crowley. Next week’s jackpot will be €6,500.

Kerry U20s: Kerry had another good win in the John Kerins Cup last Saturday in Austin Stack Park when they defeated Galway by 13 points to 6. Our clubmen Devon Burns & Enda O’Connor were again very much to the fore.

U9s: The under 9s were back on the astro in MTU on Sunday last and even enjoyed a bit of sunshine!  The coaches made use of the open space and after some kicking and passing drills the boys enjoyed two competitive matches. Well done boys. Training continues each Sunday at 12-1pm in the MTU.

U11s: Great effort made last Sunday morning by all the lads including their warm-up, sprints etc., their shooting drills both going for goals and kicking points after receiving their handpass, their pick-up and tackling and catching above their head competing against another player. Keep up the good work and practice your skills during the week.

U15s: Our u15 team had another gym session last Friday night. This gym work will continue every Friday (6-7pm) in the club gym for the next few months. Our pitch session took place on Sunday where the emphasis was on running and improving our decision making.

U17s: Na Gaeil U17s lost to Templenoe/Sneem/Derrynane/Tuosist by 3 points in the first round of the County League on a wet windy day down in South Kerry. A great team effort in tough conditions saw us just come up short. A special mention must go to Seán Morris who deputised in the full back line rather than his usual forward position and also to Will Somers on his u17 debut putting in a stellar performance at half forward.

Kerry U12 soccer: Congratulations to Na Gaeil boys Eoin Tansley and Tom Slattery who have been selected for the Kerry u12 soccer team.

Bingo

A message from Niamh Burke….Na Gaeil Bingo Committee are on a recruitment drive looking for volunteers to help at their weekly Monday night Bingo, once every 5 to 6 weeks on a rota basis from 7.30pm to 10.00 pm. This is a vital fundraiser for Na Gaeil and also is a much loved weekly social event for all our patrons. If interested please leave your name and contact details at the clubhouse. I want to thank our existing Committee members who have given their time and energy so generously for our bingo for over a decade now.
