Penneys Tralee staff with the cheque for €350 they presented to Kerry Cancer Support Group.
KERRY Cancer Support Group have been the partner charity of Penneys Tralee for the past five years and in that time €7,529 has been raised through various fundraisers held by staff at the store.
The latest was carried out on Saturday when they had a collection to celebrate Pride and €350 was raised.
Breda Dyland from Kerry Cancer Support Group said that the charity is very thankful to the Penneys staff for their continued support and for the funding and awareness raised over the years. “It means a great deal to us as we are a local charity supporting local people,” she said.
